Meeting People

Just starting this session today. I have pretty much kept on track -schedule wise- with one session each week.
My husband and I went away camping for four days so I am "late" on starting this week.
Noticing my anxiety in social gatherings and being around new people is very challenging. It is amazing to me how much more awareness I have since starting this program.
