Overcoming the Anticipatory anxiety

Hi everyone,
Coming into this session I'd already noticed that anticipatory anxiety was a major problem for me. I found myself purposely getting up late in the morning so as not to have time to think about it. My biggest problem is that I get major facial flushes when I'm in anxious situations and it can be very uncomfortable. This is primarily what I worry about in the anticipatory stage. I like the idea of the positive "what ifs" but does anyone have other things they do to help deal with anticipatory anxiety?
