Hmmm... both of those techniques? You've mentioned around ten steps/techniques! And I've listened to Session 8 and I've gone thru the workbook for Session 8, but I still don't know what in the heck GREEN has to do with anything! What's wrong here? I'm clueless!Originally posted by Dominick:
I ended session 8 and learned to change what if thinking to what if empowerment and picture the color green and use breathing techniques to combat the what if thinking. I also used positive self talk and six steps to ending a panic attack. Both of these techniques helped me stop the what if thinking.
