By this time in the program Lucinda said that we should be working on our limitations. I have been working on them since session 3. My limitations that still exist are being more assertive with strangers and people I don't know that well as well as getting angry when someone tells me what to do and insists you have to do it, also when I'm blamed for something I didn't do.
On another note, my biggest fear was an intense fear of death and what iffing it obsessively before I started this program. I am proud to say that before i even started this session my what if thinking has stopped. Defeating my limitations and my fears is proof to me that this program absolutely changes your life.
