Hi

Try wearing headphones and listen to music while you are journaling. Music drowns out the inner
voices. You are not going crazy!! Your mind is
just overwhelmed. Keep going with the course. There is nothing to be afraid of. You are scaring yourself silly. In the course they say "Thoughts, only thoughts" Thoughts really don't mean anything. 99 percent of the time most thoughts are not accurate or real.
ATTITUDE -- The mind is like a parachute...it doesn't work unless it's open!!

I think that music is good for many things that can pick you up or calm you down to relax and also to help you to sleep. I some times need Music of the radio to sleep. I also think that music can help with this session on all of them. I listen to country music. Martha
