I just keep thinking over and over that I am feeling better and am making improvements, however when I think about having to start work again Monday,I start feeling bad again and my headaches start to begin. Then I can't stop thinking that my head is going to hurt 24/7 like it did before. Any tips?

My advice: Go to work anticipating your head will hurt, but accept the pain and get on with your work as best you can. You may find the headaches bother you less.

Thanks! I kept telling myself over and over that I would feel what I thought, this is temporary,that I would only think about TODAY, not tomorrow or 6 months from now. Sometimes I only thought about what was happening right at that moment. I also did my breathing. These things seemed to help. Thanks for the input and I hope this might help others too.
