Just wondering if anyone out there is always worrying. I was recently brought to the ER and diagnosed with "Hydrops Endolyphatic" similar to Meneirs Disease very strange after many MRI's, Scans, and ENT tests. Also, a cervical spine bulding disk too. Now after reading about my condition I see this could be the side effect of other conditions. Even with the profile they did on me I'm sure I have Parkinson's or ALS something. I spend my time consumed with these thoughts. I'm LOOKING FOR HELP... I feel like the impending doom always and with that I never enjoy the moment or anything for that matter.
I've dealt with anxiety since the age of 14. I'm now 40. I've gone in and out of episodes like this this is the first time they have found something. With that being said, I guess I'm looking to see if anyone out there has been as hopeless as me and actually has turned there thoughts and life around? I'm feeling lost, scared and worried all the time. I don't like this. For once I want to get better and not get back to this place.
Any suggestions?

Hi Debs33,
I was as hopeless as you and feel like I have now turned my life completely around and have been feeling better everyday for quite a while now.

on my initial success with countering my thoughts in the TEA form exercise. I still do them almost everyday and feel great and have improved my quality of life immensely

I hope you can too!

Lilchrissy's advice is great. I used to worry constantly about everything. Learning how to counter my thoughts in the TEA forms has turned my life around to the point that most things out of my control don't bother me at all anymore

Better than great Chrissy!!! My life is full of vibrant colors everyday now as opposed to being filled with the dark colors of gloom and doom. I don't ever want to go back and that's why I am religious about doing my TEA forms almost everyday to this day
