Hi Michael and nice to meet you! It has taken me a while to find my way back here but I also use the TEA forms and the counter exercise in the book by Sam Obitz also and have had great success with them. I am happy to hear a similar strategy is paying didvidends for you also  Isn't it amazing that such basic exercises can turn your thinking and life around?

I agree with what so many have already said here. I am still using the TEA forms and they are so helpful in turning your thinking around and getting my life back on track :D

I am convinced that if I stay with the TEA form exercise my old anxiety related problems will never return. I think some people think as soon as they are feeling better after using them they stop and their old anxiety producing way of thinking takes back over. I look at it as it took years to form the bad habits, so the new habits need to be reinforced to stick.

It's pretty basic stuff but works great if you dedicate yourself to the exercises. Let me know if you have any questions because though the exercises are basic it takes practice to do them well. Good luck!
