feel like i cant concentrate

Hello im at work now and feeling uneasy because i cant focus. I know its caused by myself always worrying about going crazy but whenever i have a different feeling it makes me so uneasy. I will keep going head strong and know nothing will happen. I have had plenty of mentors who have guided me and still have plenty out there who i can fall back on. This time i will let myself fall and see what happens. Talk to you later. Thanks.

ok so here i am i made another day, haha. now i have to tell myself I DID IT!!!! and i really did. nothing happened as usual and i actually enjoyed the day. face the fear and do it anyway. hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving.
