help with positive thinking

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any helpfull Ideas , I am on session six but seem like Im held up by not really "getting" session 3. I usually score pretty high on everything in the book that shows what causes anxiety, but obsessive scary thoughts are my big issue. But it seems like I am really strugling with positive thinking, some days I can just feel myself being negative and its so hard to break out of this. I can logicly tell myself how blessed I am and all the great things about my life but its hard to "live it".
