Books for OCD

Post by coachjanine » Sat Oct 27, 2012 3:07 pm

Hi Everyone. I just want to let you know about a few books that helped me to help my youngest son who had OCD pretty severely. He is now living in college and doing very well. They include: Stop Obsessing! How To Overcome Your Obsessions and Compulsions by Edna B. Foa PH.D and Reid Wilson, PH.D; Talking Back to OCD by John March M.D; Freeing Your Child From Obsessive Compulsive Order by Tamar Chansky PH.D ; And OCD in Children and Adolescents, A Cognitive Behavioral Treatment Manual by John March. Also I highly recommend joining the OC Foundation's monthly newsletter and finding help on their website. Our Program works wonderfully with those who suffer from OCD, in conjunction with other treatments that are available. My best to you.
