OCD/Body dysmorphic disorder

I have suffered from OCD since I was in the 6th grade, (I am 24 now), and also was diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic disorder in college. I have tried many different routes, but have never received much relief. I know that this program talks a lot about general anxiety/depression, and I have been on an antidepressant so I am familiar with depression, but I am wondering if this is a perfect program for OCD as well? Sometimes I find myself doing rituals so that bad things won't happen to me as I am listening to the tapes.
