Do we autosuggest OCD to ourselves?
Hi, just wondering if we can create OCD for ourselves by taking a particular thought and worrying about if it could affect us? I know thoughts creates our feelings, and feelings creates our thoughts! Now scientists refer to it as MIND-BODY, not mind and body! It is one! Should i even tell my kids to beware of strangers, be careful while riding bike, wash your hands after using public restrooms without fear of them taking it too far and obsessing about it? Does this put them at risk for OCD by suggesting a thought and have them possibly worrying about it?
