Bubbles in your chest. It is like the bubbles you get when you have an upset stomache? It is on the left side where your heart is and goes right up to almost the collar bone. It happened this morning and is now freaking me out. Every have this?

Hi Christine. I've had some of the weirdest symptoms with anxiety and that sounds like a weird one but it does sound like anxiety. Relax with the relaxation tape at least twice a day. It helps so much. Write about these fears in your journal and then make it positive. Turning negatives to positives really does work But you have to do it WHEN IT HAPPENS and you have to write it down then read it.
Take care, DeeDee.

Anxiety is such a pain, isn't it? It can cause the craziest symptoms. So can worry. I sit and think about some of the symptoms I have and it turns into a snowball. My chest hurts. Is it a heart attack? Anyways, like Dee said it definately sounds like anxiety is causing this and focusing on it will only cause more worry. Relaxion is key. I actually found a great book. "Anxiety for Dummies". You can track your symptoms, what was occuring, and come up with a solution on how to relax your mind and body.
One more thing, Dee your awesome at giving advice to ppl on these forums

Thank you. I am still so freaked out by this. I think the worst. I want to change I really do! I feel like all I have been doing lately is whining and I am sorry.
