Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to share a little discovery I had.. last night i was getting ready for bed and I started worrying, thinking about work, my family and the anxiety began then I noticed within a few seconds of the wave of thoughts was the little tingle in my ear and I thought my ears were bleeding and my brain was bleeding.. ocd thought much eh? I immediately noticed the connection and that felt awesome.. I was able to slowly stop the thoughts and the depression never came..

I struggle tons still but small steps to big miles i guess!

If anyone else has had any 'discoveries' please share!

That's great Maeggie. These are the kind of things that are usually quite successful to me but for some reason this week I am having a harder time. I always try to think that I am "directing" my thoughts instead of "controlling"...I think the word controlling can set some people up for feeling like failures. That's my little discovery :)
Help me anyway :)
