So today was one of the worst days that I have had in a while. Its wierd but when I sleep in i always wake up anxious. Fridays I don't work until later and I am always a mess right before work. Today I had a panic attack and had to stay in the car for over and hour! I am so frustrated because I know the program says to test some of your limitations, and today it got the best of me..any advice??

Another thing to remember is that we all have set backs. Don't beat yourself up. Tomorrow is a new day.
