I have a bit of OCD and also suffered from anxiety and panic attacks. Since beginning the program four years ago (I began and didn't finish, silly me!) I went from having severe panic attacks on a daily basis to never having a panic attack again.

A few years down the road now I am struggling with generalized anxiety and OCD. My OCD is upsetting because sometimes- not all the time, but sometimes- it involves unwanted blasphemous thoughts. I just wanted to know if OCD can be treated with relative success with the program? What are your experiences?

With the program, books therapy, yes. It is a lifestyle change. As I have told others, you will never get rid of your thoughts, you must downplay them and remember they are just thoughts and no more. You will always have thoughts, that is the way the mind is. You need to choose to just let them be there.
