What does a mate do if she/he is really into looks and her/his mate is not?
How does a person deal with being obsessed with her/his looks and her/his mate does not care?

I think if you love the person you should try and realize that although someone is very into looks someone else may not be and that is ok. If you are with them then you obvioulsy care about them enough that looks havent stopped you. I would try and work through the obsession so if it is a good relationship it isnt ruined over this.

I disagree. I think the person should try to make the other person happy who is into the looks.
No use in walking around looking like a slob!!!

I think that if its a hygeinie issue then that is one thing but if its someone not being as into looks as the other then that is different. Is it that they dont shower and wear dirty clothes or is it that they dont wear nice clothes and wear makeup?
