I have a fear I want to face its being assertive with my sons moms father. I think that I subcountiously make myself antous do I do it anyways that im antious im not sure what to do.

Hey What's up? Face your fear and try being assertive with him? If it doesn't go like you wanted it to, who cares atleast you tried. Focus on the good that came out of it instead of the bad. Instead of saying I should of said this or reacted like this. Focus on what you did do and congratulate yourself for even trying it. This guy is not better than you, he's a man same as you are. Good luck
