When I first listened to the cd for this week I thought that this did not apply to me. I thought that I did not need to work on this. However, I started giving the NO word a try and WOW!! I can actually say no and it's ok. The world has not stopped (lol). I feel a little more in power of my life and my emotions. I am glad that I gave this a try.
