I can’t think of anyone in my life who I can really shadow and learn from. The only person that comes to mind when I think of assertivness is Dr. Fischer.

How do you choose the best assertive person to learn from in Week 7.

I'm having the same problem. I may have to combine many people in different situations. I have been analyzing situations from the past and critiquing myself on how I handled them. I even asked my husband to give me feedback. My issue is I have to stay assertive and avoid becoming aggressive. Additionally, there are many times that I am passive because I am not up for confrontation.

Deborah, that seems like a good idea, thank you.
I know it can be hard going into confrontation, but I've been pushing myself to do it anyway. Afterwards, I feel elated! Try it out!
