I've been gaining respect when sticking up for myself when someone crosses the line, and that's great.
However, I feel like I'm going a little too far with my asserverion sometimes and acting like an adversary instead of an assertive person.
I'm still confused in some cases in when I should assert myself and when I should just let it be.
I feel like sometimes I let some anger out during some of those 'not really sure if this is a good reason' assertive confrontations and I feel that it makes a bad impression. However, on the same token, if I let some anger out when I know that I should assert myself, I don't feel bad about it, becuase I'm sure being assertive is the right thing to do.
I can't think of anything else to write.
Thank you for reading.
