Well I just (finally) started session 6. and as i've said before, this is going to be some work. I am actually starting to look forward to the work now!! Although I have a ways to go, still have plenty of bad days. There are some good days also. I am starting to see the effects of the work I have already put in.
I know one big thing for me is to remind myself when I do get "angry" - what good does it do. I can be mad, and stay mad, but in the end - what good does it do? It doesn't change/fix whatever I'm mad about. It doesn't let whomever know that i'm hurt, let down or whatever the feeling may be. And if I feed the anger it only gets bigger and bigger..
Got some positive motivating books I'll be looking over!
