Hello fellow anxious friends. I have to say, I can't believe how similar we all are. I read these questions and answers and am constantly shocked at how similarly our anxiety looks and manifests itself.
I feel like so much of my anger stems from how irritable I am. And I'm so irritable in large part because I'm so senstive to noise. If the world would just get a few decibels less blaring loud I'm sure I'd be much more patient! I hear everything and feel like I'm constantly waiting for the next noise. Does anyone else experience this? I can't even eat around my family because their mouth noises make me want to scream. It's worse than it's ever been before, and I don't know how to stop it.
Do any of you all deal with this? And if so, have you found anything that helps you?
Noise Sensitivity and Anger
You can get EXACTLY what you want out of most any situation if you only think before you react. After building these skills, your anger will work FOR you instead of against you.
