Finished Session 6
Although most of my anger calmed down by session 5 because of all the valuable techniques I learned from all 5 sessions I still didn't realize I was harboring past anger until session 6. I learned to be more assertive and less angry when I speak to people and want to make a point. Also, when I feel anger building inside of me when conversing with someone I know now thanks to Lucinda that I need to take a step back and calm myself before I respond. Usually my anger will dissolve all by itself.

CONGRATULATIONS!! You should be extremely proud of yourself for achieving this! Whenever you're having a bad time, just remember what you have accomplished!
