Finished Session 6

You can get EXACTLY what you want out of most any situation if you only think before you react. After building these skills, your anger will work FOR you instead of against you.

:cool: Although most of my anger calmed down by session 5 because of all the valuable techniques I learned from all 5 sessions I still didn't realize I was harboring past anger until session 6. I learned to be more assertive and less angry when I speak to people and want to make a point. Also, when I feel anger building inside of me when conversing with someone I know now thanks to Lucinda that I need to take a step back and calm myself before I respond. Usually my anger will dissolve all by itself.

CONGRATULATIONS!! :mrgreen: You should be extremely proud of yourself for achieving this! Whenever you're having a bad time, just remember what you have accomplished! :lol:
