Hello everyone,
I just started the program and I have a problem with worrying what others think of me. Even writing this message I am worrying what you will think. If I am writing it the wrong way, or not explaining enough. I can't go in public without makeup or clean clothes on. Does anyone have any tips or advice about not caring what others think? And not being perfect?

Hi Leah,
I am no expert, but after 9 weeks of the program, I can tell you that ever so subtly it gets easier. Then you can start seeing the drastic improvement between where you started and where you are at this moment. This is the FIRST time I have written anything at all in this area....so you are doing better than me in that respect!!! Good Luck - it will get easier! Hang in there!
