Forgiveness

You can get EXACTLY what you want out of most any situation if you only think before you react. After building these skills, your anger will work FOR you instead of against you.

I'm reading the Session 6 section of the guidebook. Number 14 for the Action Assignments is "Read something about forgiveness this week." So I decided to google "forgiveness" and here are some links that I thought were interesting and could be helpful:

Theresa,
Thank you for putting those links up for others to benefit from. I have only just begun the program (on week 1), but I know they will really help me out. I have a lot of bitterness from past situations that I would really like to get past.
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

Thanks Theresa!!! I have a lot of forgiving to do and I wasn't sure how I was going to do that.

The links really helped me, too. I noticed I could easily love people and find great peace when my expectations gave way to love and forgiveness. :)
