We all know what a "To Do" list is...how about we start a "To YOU" list? :)

This list is dedicated to the person who is always there...how well are we taking care of ourselves? Take paper and pen today and write your "To You" list. It might include things that you like to do, things that are good for you [like exercise for 30 min.], it might include cutting down on caffeine and sugar, joining a book club...?

What do you do for you? Who takes care of you?

Love and Peace, Carolyn

Hey Nelly,

Hope you don't mind but I'm going to use your list starting tomorrow! I especially like #1, 4, & 10. I think I might add: Hug and spend time with my beautiful children. Thanks for the wonderful ideas!

I love this idea!

There's a Spanish proverb that says the one too busy to take care of one's health is like a mechanic to busy to take care of one's tools.
