I intake no other caffeine other than green tea. I drink about 4 cups a day for the amazing benefits it has. Is green tea loaded with caffeine? Should I not be drinking it? I have yet to find an organic decaf green tea or I would switch. I only drink organic tea.... Any info would be helpful... TY

Green tea has about 25 mg. of caffeine per eight ounce cup. Coffee(brewed) on the other hand has about 110 mg. per eight ounce cup. So it is way less than half of the amount.

I googled it and found this website called energy fiend. It had just about every drink you could think of on there. Go check it out. :)
