Does sugar and chocolate cause panic attacks or make them worse for any of you?
Thanks

They don't cause panic attacks on their own - but refined sugar and anything with caffeine can cause blood sugar problems and nerve issues, which in turn can trigger anxiety and panic attacks in certain people.

Any food alone isn't responsible alone for panic attacks. But they could provide body symptoms which are undesirable.
