This is an *excellent* video! Very worth the view! Diet is directly related to our well-being = emotional state so this is very important to watch during your recovery.

Thanks for posting this, Shifrah. I'm watching the first segment right now. In the past six months I have drastically changed the way I eat and have lost weight and feel much better about myself. I still indulge once in awhile, especially when I'm PMS-ing ;) but overall my diet is healthier than it's ever been. I can't believe I used to eat so much crap!

I recommend the book Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver. The author moved to a farm and decided that she and her family would only eat food that they grew or that was grown locally and organically. It really changed the way I think about food. Check it out!
