Just starting session 5 after a long session 3 and 4 and still working does sessions daily. I'm excited about this session just because it will not help me with my anxiety but it will help me live a better life today. Just started but excited. Does any one have any good recieps out there.

Lazy Iced Tea:

Find a 1/2 gallon plastic jug, like from juice. Rinse it out. I've been using the same one for years... Keep the cap.

Fill it with hot tap water.

Add 2 bags Celestial Seasonings strong fruit-flavored tea of your choice. (My fave is Peach Passion.) And 2-3 bags cheap decaffeinated brown tea.

Let it steep on the counter for a half hour or so, then remove tea bags and put it in the fridge.

Drink straight up, cold. (No sugar or anything.)

I do this at least once, usually twice a day. :)
