First steps in the no sugar challenge

Hello. I have been doing the program for several weeks now. I am on lesson 5 and am about to embark on the no sugar challenge. I am wondering if anyone has any tips to start this? It seems a little over whelming thinking about it. What has worked for you as you began and are on the challenge?

Melanie, try fresh pineapple its really sweet and satisfying. Plus its good for you. ;)
