this is the hardest session for me

In times of stress I've always turned to sugar and junk food. I always had an excuse not to exercise. I don't have time. Really I don't want to do it in front of people because that would be too embarrassing! My son wants me to bike ride with him but he is so skinnyy and I don't want his hyperactive body to get any smaller. How do you force yourself to make these changes? Other than this session I am doing well with the program. I just had to skip this one and come back to it. Any advice?
