this is the hardest session for me

In times of stress I've always turned to sugar and junk food. I always had an excuse not to exercise. I don't have time. Really I don't want to do it in front of people because that would be too embarrassing! My son wants me to bike ride with him but he is so skinnyy and I don't want his hyperactive body to get any smaller. How do you force yourself to make these changes? Other than this session I am doing well with the program. I just had to skip this one and come back to it. Any advice?

Exercise is a must to attack our condition one of the best things to do is Yoga and walking .
I walk at least 30 min everyday it has made a difference .
Give you an idea if you dont wana go biking with your son , get yourself a work out DVD or a Dance workout to make it fun for you, and do it inside the house at least 15 or 20 min everyday and you will see that you will start feeling better as you exercise .
