I like to exercise because it helps my mood, but I find it really difficult to fit into my day. I take walks with my little ones when it is nice outside, but it hardly gets my heart rate up and I don't think it is really exercising half of the time. Any suggestions on how I can filter out the guilt and try to make myself more a priority? I love my kids and feel I am neglecting them when I workout. I don't want to join a gym with daycare. My youngest has seperation anxiety and would cause me more anxiety than I could handle.

How old are your children? Could you engage them in exercise with you? There are many resources available now for encouraging kids to exercise. Getting a Wii system, I hear, is also getting families fit together.
