That's a good idea perspectivegirl! I guess I think that "exercise" when the weather is colder only means a workout dvd. I do enjoy walking around the stores and window shopping and it would be a good distraction from the anxiety I get about exercise.

well does anyone no of some good excersize videos!! please share.... something that is fun that will motivate you into looking forward to using them. i was getting pretty good activity but brrrrr its cold now have a great day !!!!!!!!!
