Trying to figure out what to do ...
I been doing really well with the program in the beginning and I stop using the program ;/ and more anxiety kick in.. not as strong like the first time around.. when I didn't understand what the hell was wrong with me.. Now at least I know what causes my anxiety and I'm working on it ... But eating healthy and exercise isn't one of my strengths .. I got a trainer for my workout program I intend to start tomorrow... & I'm nervous.... I went out drinking this weekend and I paid the price the next day feeling like crap .... Why me??? I do plan on finishing this program to feel free again !!!!! it just feels so hard to complete :/
