In the workbook it says something about extra vitamine B6 before the period. Has anyone tried it? Does it help?

I just started a new multi vitamin two days ago. I can't wait to see if this helps. I'm wanting to start exercising so bad but I threw my back out about a month ago. So, I'm really focusing on low impact stretches. Good luck to all! :D

Oh my goodness....I'm about ready to go get a hysterectomy to end this horrid cycle nonsense!!! I'm in the mist of it right now. Usually about 10 days before I'm due, I start with panic attacks. Then, 2 days into the new cycle, I suffer and then I do OK for 2 weeks - not perfect, but better. Then it starts all over again. So I only get about 2 weeks of a breather each month. I also had a baby exactly a year ago in June and it was a boy, so I think he really put me through the ringer. That testosterone does not agree with my body and I can't seem to get back to normal after his birth. After my daughter was born, I developed panic attacks shortly after she turned one. It did take me about 3 years after my last daughter was born to get back to normal, so I'm hoping that I will start the upward progression in a few months. Here's to being optimistic....

I would first recommend that before anyone changes their diet
or starts taking vitamins or "supplements" that they
see their Primary Care Physician, Gynecologist, Nutritionist, or Psychiatrist.
Some foods, supplements or vitamins may be unnecessary for your symptoms
altogether. Some vitamins build up in your system and that is
dangerous to your organs. Finding a GOOD doctor is important.

I am going through the pre-menopausal stage. I guess a person is
not in full menopause until they have not had their monthly cycle
for 12 months in a row. I am coming close to that 12 months !
I suffer from chronic physical illnesses and also major depressive
disorder and anxiety and I absolutely agree that hormones
affect our moods ! There is no doubt about it. Sometimes I don't
know what is affecting my mood worse.....the physical pain,
the physical conditions, the depression, the anxiety or the
female hormones ! Who can really figure this out ! There is
no way to figure this out. That is why we must really pay
attention to our own bodies. WE know better how our body
reacts to different physical and psychological situations than
our doctors do.

If I don't have a monthly period after August 2014 I guess
I am officially in the menopausal stage of my life.
Oh goodie ? I can't wait ?
