Emotional Eating too much

I have always been an emotional eater, however a few years back I was able to get in back into gear and I managed to loose about 36 lbs. Well, since than I have had a baby and I gained about 25 lbs. I really care about my weight and I want to be healthy and conditioned plus I work as a weight loss consultant helping others, but for some reason I have been emotional eating and I can't get into under control. Today I had large servings, two donuts, and a big piece of apple pie. I don't want to turn to food, but when I feel tired, stressed, and anxious I naturally do it. I want to stop, but caught up in the moment I ddon't care, I am just craving the sweet. Any suggestions?
