Yesterday I had one of my worse days since I started the program. I've been going to doctor for chronic headache that I have been having they give me so much anxiety because of course I'm thinking the worst. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospitol but my doctor said I did not need to. I what to get over the scary thoughts I have about my headaches. I would like to think everyone for repleys. Today I will remember to relax, be clam, strong and let go and let god.

We're all bound to have bad days. Hopefully we learn something from them... I had a rotten day yesterday, too - spent half the day on an anger rampage. But, I did learn something from it. ;)

And those anger rampages are an even bigger priority for me than the panic attacks while driving that inspired me to do this program.
