Do any of you have problems with b complex?They make me jittery.

That's interesting, I'll have to see if that does that to me. When I took some the other day I didn't notice that, but when I took a Prempro I noticed a strong jittery feeling. So I'm not taking those right now.

I took them the other day while I was working on cleaning out my fish pond. The whole experience of cleaning our my fish pond brought out a lot of jitteriness and yet the energizing side effects of exercising. Plus a sore neck, etc. because I was using a power washer as well. But I did notice what some people talk about when they exercise, how they could feel panicky feelings. I just remembered that that is what I'm experiencing and I did fine.

Now I just took B-complex vitamin while I ate some fresh peaches and milk. I was feeling a bit anxious before so I'll see how I do.

Sorry, I haven't reported yet on the B-vitamins. I just took one and so far I need to go use the restroom, but then I was drinking some extra water! :) I need to make up for drinking a little bit of chocolate milk earlier today.
