I have gone 1 month with out any Soda of any kind, even if it says Caffeine free. I have to say I feel alot better with my Anxiety. I am not saying it is the cure, but I have not had the level of Anxiety I was having a month ago.

Be careful of Aspartame, it is used as a sugar substitute. Very bad !!!!

I agree. I have done the same and then the other day I had a bad night and decided to have coffee in the morning. Boy was I bouncing off the ceiling and totally felt out of sorts the whole day! I didnt like it.

:)Howdy every one
I came back from my vacation and worked for two days, I agree on the the sodas I can do without for along time but I have one without caffeine like Spite or root beer and some orange sodas. I have done this for about 2 or more months. So far I only have a soda like Coke once a month. But I still a some dark chocolate once a week .I am feeling good. Talk to you all later.
