Feeling pretty good today, no anxious thoughts, worries nor depressive episodes. Continuing my relaxation session everyday and enjoying session 5. Also, eliminating caffeine and sugar has led me to change my whole diet around and I was able to lose 25lbs to date. This program is amazing. Still using my positive self talk everyday and the 6 steps from session 2 when I need too.
