I thought you'd like the following poem:

It Takes a BIG Man to Admit It

It's eleven pounds and counting,
As the weight begins to shed.
I've had no cakes or cookies,
Yet I'm still not underfed.

I'm shunning fats and sugars,
So anxiety subsides.
I've changed my eating habits,
From the pastries and the pies.

My calories are fewer,
And my belt has lost a notch.
I've given up my goodies,
Like that tasty butterschtch.

It still will take a while,
But I'm now "full steam ahead,"
'Cuz my body's feeling better,
And my girth has ceased to spread!

Thank you, Carolyn, Lucinda, and Stress.

Nice job!

I am proud to say that I have changed my diet completely. It took me three years from the time I first started the Program to really get into the diet change, but it finally hit home and it WORKS! I'm feeling SO MUCH better. I've also lost 21-1/2 pounds since February. Big changes. GREAT changes!

Take care, everybody!
