Soft Serve Ice Cream
Very Ripe bananas - peeled, sliced and frozen
Place the frozen sliced bananas in either a food processor with the S blade, a juicer with a homogenizer, or a Vitamix with a tamper.
It takes a while to process, you may want to let it thaw for 5 minutes or add a tiny bit of warm water to get it going.
Process until creamy. Eat right away.
It really doesn't taste like bananas. You have to try it to believe it.
Variation - you can add pecans and drizzle in honey while processing. The honey gets hard in the cold - instant caramel.

Hi Shif:
I think that I will like this recipe. And also the one you posted yesterday. The bean soup.
BTW, could a blender be use on the frozen bananas?
Thanks.

I don't think I'd use a regular blender for it, just because it might break it! But maybe if you chop the bananas up and add a bit of water it will make a really good smoothie.
