Does anyone have any ideas for quick weight loss? I'm really frustrated and depressed that I can't seem to get it off. Years back when I tried like the Atkins diet it came off quickly. I don't think that's healthy so don't want to do it now. Are there certain foods that are diuretics like I'm wondering about watermelon. I'd like to lose a quick 5 lbs. just to feel better. I'm tired of being bloated. All in all I need to lose l5 lbs. Would walking morning and night help? I've been exercising during the day. I'm eating more fruits and vegs. HELP!!!

Hi Barb!!!
Well-said David.
The first thing that comes to mind is "Easy Come - easy Go!" For me, the things that work best - are those that are earned with honest effort. And Small Changes!!! If it were weight loss - a little less in and a little more effort to burn more calories. When I eat a meal, I try to always leave some for a snack - later! (Less In)
When I'm at work, I take a few extra seconds to do some whole arm lifts to the sides, front or back with two 4 foot 4x4's - maybe 10 times, whatever I can do and feels like progress!!! This makes rowing and paddling boats easier. The things that drive us can be used as Assets!
My strength to you Barb, I know you will achieve your aspirations - with a little time! Let’s be patient with ourselves. Steve.

I have been doing Weight Watchers, and it really works! When you stick to it - it is terrific! Plus, I have never eaten better, it is gourmet eating with lower fat and carbs content. You can easily lose 5lbs, + drink all the water you can..
Meetings are very supportive, but you can do it also on line, or just go to their website as a guest and find some recipes - I think. there are some soups that have practically no calories and you never feel hungry, you can have it as a snack a lot and is very good for you. Hope this helps.
