Hello everyone.
My goal is to stay away from caffeine for the rest of today and all of tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.

Does anyone else have any goals they'd like to talk about?

Hello! This is a bit late but how did your caffeine restriction goal go?
My goal is to meditate daily for at least 15 mins !
