Hi, I think it's a really personal experience. Everyone gets different things out a particular session depending on what affects them most. I know, personally I didn't get anything out of session 5 or 10 at all. I think session 3 is my favorite, but still haven't mastered it!!!I'm on session 11 right now.

robertde - I found all of the sessions helpful. Even though I don't have issues with anger I did have issues with irritability, and the session on anger helped with that. Even if you don't necessarily have continuous obsessive scary thoughts that are mentioned in session 10 - if you ruminate over things that cause worry or depressed feelings about the future this session will help with that. There's some really good life skills that can be learned from every one of the sessions. They all helped me.

Hi Robertde,
I have just finished session five and I think this has been hard for most of us to get it right, you just have to stick with it. It's really hard for me because I have a additive personallity problem it runs in my family big time both my parents have it. I know all these sessions make sense but applying them is difficult, I pray every day for streight to make it thru each day, plus I abuse alcohol pretty much every day. The depression is always there I am on meds for that too. It does feel good to chat with other people on this program everyone is so nice and helpfull it they can be. Good Luck and God Bless you!

Hi Ageist:
Taking meds and using alcohol at the same time will bite you!!!
Better be careful.
There is help for that.
Best wishes!!
Take care.
